Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across various properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in cleaning and hospitality work, with a strong focus on quality and efficiency. Previous hotel, hospitality, or industrial cleaning experience is a plus. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where attention to detail and reliability are highly valued. Duties Perform full turnover cleaning of short-term rental units Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas Change bed linens and make beds to hotel standards Wash, dry, fold, and restock towels and bedding (on-site or off-site as required) Restock supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc.) Report damages, missing items, or maintenance issues immediately Ensure units are staged and presented to hospitality standards Follow strict checklists for each property Complete cleanings within scheduled turnover time frames Maintain consistency across multiple properties

Requisitos

Hotel housekeeping experience Short-term rental / Airbnb turnover cleaning Experience working with property management companies Laundry and linen handling experience Understanding of guest-ready staging standards Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Reliable, punctual, and responsible Comfortable working under time-sensitive turnovers Must be able to handle multiple properties per day if required
