Manages the archival programs for the College, including the acquisition, maintenance, control, and preservation of historical records and memorabilia. 1. Provides historical information to all members of the college faculty and to the public when appropriate. 2. Prepares and/or coordinates the display of archive and industry memorabilia. 3. Promotes the traditions of the industry, in appropriate public relations activities by the publication of articles and books. 4. Reports archival activities via operational plans, reports, budgets, and other related documents as necessary. 5. Develops and executes direct communication with industry leaders regarding historical information or artifacts. 6. Determines the method of and provides for the protection and preservation of the entire archival collection. 7. Negotiates, accepts, and declines all historical information and items referred to the archivist and maintains records. 8. Plans and implements procedures to locate and/or inventory historical records and items in the College, and if appropriate, materials in the public domain. 9. Requisitos

Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS) or Master of Library Science (MLS) from an ALA-accredited institution. Requires application of advanced principles, techniques and theory in a professional discipline or a thorough general business management knowledge. Requires a minimum of three (3) years of directly job-related experience.
