Responsibilities Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages and food items according to established recipes and standards. Operate TOAST POS accurately for cash handling and sales transactions. Greet customers warmly, take orders efficiently, and provide exceptional customer service to enhance their experience. Manage cash register operations, including cash handling, basic math calculations, and balancing registers/tips at the end of shifts. Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the café area, including food preparation and food handling procedures. Assist with inventory management

Requisitos

Previous barista experience or coffee industry knowledge is highly preferred. Experience with POS systems such as TOAST is a plus. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques. Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and transaction accuracy. Previous experience in food service or retail environments is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is essential.
