We're looking for someone to help run operations for our San Francisco market. This is not a typical warehouse job. You'll be the person making sure our DJs, gear, and events are dialed - every time. This role is part-time and flexible, ideal for someone who wants to be close to the events/music world and grow with us as the market expands. WHAT YOU'LL DO Warehouse & Gear – Keep our warehouse organized and event-ready – Prep and pack DJ + lighting equipment for events – Prep and deprep photo booth equipment for events – Manage returns, charging, and basic maintenance – Track inventory and flag issues early Talent Coordination – Coordinate gear pickups and drop-offs with DJs – Train DJs on setup, breakdown, and equipment handling – Train and assign photo booth attendants to events – Be the go-to for “how does this work?” Event Operations – Book hotels and handle travel when needed – Make sure every event is fully staffed and prepared – Step in and solve problems when things change last minute SF Market Support – Be our on-the-ground operator in San Francisco – Work closely with our core team to keep everything running smoothly WHO YOU ARE – Extremely reliable - people can count on y

Extremely reliable - people can count on you Organized and detail-oriented Strong communicator (especially with talent) Hands-on and comfortable with physical work Calm under pressure and good at solving problems Bonus if you: – Have experience in events, production, or music – Understand DJs / live event environments – Are comfortable with basic tech / equipment
