We are seeking a proactive and versatile Part-Time Handyman (1099 Contractor) to support our condo association’s maintenance and repair needs. We are a 120-unit condominium building consisting of 9 floors (8 residential floors and a ground-floor lobby), along with a parking lot and two motorized entry gates. We are seeking a reliable, skilled handyman to support ongoing maintenance and upkeep of the building and common areas. This energetic role offers the opportunity to work independently, ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our residential community. As a key member of our facilities team, you will perform a variety of tasks that keep our property in top condition, from minor repairs to more complex mechanical and electrical projects. Your expertise will help foster a welcoming environment for residents and visitors alike. Scope of Work: This role focuses on general maintenance, minor repairs, and upkeep across the property. Requisitos

Proven experience in general handyman or maintenance work. Ability to handle a wide range of small repair tasks independently. Must provide your own tools and equipment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Reliable, professional, and responsive. Ability to work with property management and board as needed. General liability insurance (preferred). Experience working in residential or multi-unit buildings (preferred). Bilingual - English/Spanish is a huge plus.
