Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs in a friendly, professional manner Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure shelves are stocked with fresh, appealing products Handle cash, credit card transactions, and cash handling procedures with precision and integrity Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions about products

Requisitos

Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred; supervisory experience is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively in bilingual settings if applicable. Familiarity with POS systems and basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations. Ability to perform merchandising tasks including stocking and product placement. Knowledge of grocery store operations or retail environment is advantageous. Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone or in person. Demonstrated ability to upsell products through engaging product demos and customer interaction.
