What to Expect We’re looking for a responsible, curious, and innovative Leadership and Management Training Instructor who has experience in planning and executing leadership development programs. You’ll work directly with leaders and teams across multiple business units to accelerate capability, strengthen culture, and deliver learning experiences that drive measurable results. This role blends consulting, program and training development, and facilitation — from leading targeted training initiatives to owning structured programs that scale. Requisitos

Degree or certification (ICF, ATD, SHRM-CP, or equivalent) is preferred. 5 plus years of experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or a Leadership role in a fast-paced, high-change environment. Proven ability to design, deliver, and measure learning programs using frameworks such as ADDIE, 4MAT, and Kirkpatrick. Strong facilitation and consulting skills, with ability to engage both frontline employees and senior leaders. Experience owning end-to-end execution, including research, logistics, communication, delivery, and evaluation. Excellent communication, prioritization, systems and creative thinking, initiation and relationship-building skills. Thrives in complexity and ambiguity, adapts quickly, and builds clarity through action.
