Professional, friendly presence with strong communication skills Comfortable in a highly visible, customer-facing role Organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-through Able to balance structure with flexibility in a fast-moving environment Comfortable lifting up to 35 lbs and being on your feet throughout the day Experience in front desk, office coordination, hospitality, or rapid-growth companies is a plus
