UTHealth Houston Children's Learning Institute is hiring for a candidate who is willing to learn and will handle a variety of tasks (i.e., ordering office supplies, assisting with calendars/conference room reservations for the department, mail distribution) but also learn a little bit of all administrative tasks (purchasing, HR data entry, and application document preparation). Requisitos

Working knowledge of standard Office Software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is required. Use of University financial systems may be required. Minimum Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Associates degree preferred. Minimum Experience: Four (4) years related work experience required. Prior experience with scheduling, maintaining calendars, and travel itineraries required. Prior experience preparing meeting materials or general reports preferred. May substitute required experience with equivalent years of education beyond the minimum education requirement.
