This role is for individuals who are confident, knowledgeable, and passionate about delivering memorable experiences while driving sales through genuine connection, menu expertise, and thoughtful recommendations. What You’ll Do Guide guests through the Manta experience, from cocktails to dessert Tell the story behind our cuisine, flavors, and concepts with confidence Make personalized food and beverage recommendations to enhance the guest experience and increase sales Take accurate orders and ensure timely, seamless service throughout the meal Create moments of connection that turn first-time guests into regulars Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns with professionalism and care Collaborate with hosts, runners, bartenders, and management to maintain service flow Uphold Manta’s service standards, presentation, and brand values at all times What We’re Looking For Previous serving experience in an upscale or high-volume restaurant p

Requisitos

MUST SPEAK ENGLISH AND SPANISH. Previous serving experience in an upscale or high-volume restaurant preferred. Strong knowledge of food, cocktails, wine, and upselling techniques (or willingness to learn). Natural hospitality with confident communication and sales ability. Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Polished appearance and professional demeanor. Team-first mindset with attention to detail.
