Job Summary: Under the direction and minimal supervision of the Health Information Manager (HIM), the Lead Referral Clerk (LRC) is responsible for participation in and regulating the daily scheduling of all Referral Clerks to ensure smooth, efficient day to day operations. In addition to standard Referral Clerk (RC) duties, the LRC assist with training new staff member, promotes and enforces best practices, and sets the standard for all aspects of the job.
