Power Financial Credit Union is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Personal Banker to join our team in Milwaukee, WI. As a Personal Banker, you will be the primary point of contact for our members, helping them achieve their financial goals through personalized service and tailored solutions. You will play a crucial role in fostering member loyalty and driving branch growth by actively engaging with members, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate products and services. Key Responsibilities: * **Member Relationship Management:** Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with members by providing outstanding service and identifying opportunities to deepen engagement. * **Sales and Service:** Proactively identify member needs and offer relevant credit union products and services, including deposit accounts, loans, and other financial solutions. * **Transaction Processing:** Accurately and efficiently process member transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and account openings. * **Account Opening:** Open new accounts for members, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with regulation

Requisitos

The Personal Banker will be responsible for building and retaining member relationships by providing exceptional service, identifying member needs, and offering appropriate credit union solutions. This role involves managing a branch "pipeline" of potential new members and deepening relationships with existing members. Key responsibilities include opening new accounts, processing transactions accurately, assisting with loan applications, and educating members on products and services. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and sales skills, a passion for helping others, and a basic understanding of financial services. Prior experience in banking or customer service is preferred, but not required, as extensive training will be provided.
