As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our consumers and customers. You will be responsible for providing product and service information and resolving any issues or problems that our consumers and customers may encounter. You will act as a brand ambassador for Nestlé and represent our company values. What you will do: - Respond to consumer and customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide accurate and timely information about Nestlé products and services - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions - Identify and report trends in customer feedback - Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes What we are looking for: - High school
