The Information Systems Division, responsible for leveraging the healthcare network's data for both quality of care support and the medico-economic management of institutions in the system, is looking for an HR Information Systems Specialist - HR Access (80%/100%). Your mission – our position: You will participate in the integration and deployment of the HR Access solution within new institutions. You will support our partners in the implementation of the tool, its configuration, and its adoption. You will analyze and manage requests for application evolution. Requisitos

Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably in projects related to HRIS processes. Good knowledge of 'HR Access' is preferred. Functional AND technical expertise is desired. Analytical and synthesis skills, ability to manage complex situations. Serene, benevolent nature, enjoys collaborative work. Sense of service and ease of communication orally and in writing. Autonomous with team spirit, proactive while remaining pragmatic. Higher education diploma (HES, Bachelor, etc.) in business informatics or engineering. Knowledge of Health domain standards: IHE / HL7 / FHIR is a plus. Valid driver's license and personal vehicle mandatory.
