As E-Commerce Manager (m/f/d) you are responsible for the strategic development and operational management of our online shops and the continuous optimisation of our e-commerce activities. You will also be responsible for the development and implementation of our online marketing strategies and for increasing our online sales. Your tasks: - Development and implementation of the e-commerce strategy and roadmap - Planning, control and optimisation of our online shops (Shopware) - Development and implementation of online marketing campaigns (SEO, SEA, social media, email marketing) - Analysis and reporting of e-commerce KPIs and derivation of measures for optimisation - Collaboration with internal departments (e.g. marketing, IT, logistics) and external service providers - Market and competitor monitoring - Budget planning and control for the e-commerce area What we offer: - A diverse and responsible job in a dynamic company - Flat hierarchies and short decision-making paths - Flexible working hours and the possibility of mobile working - Attractive salary and social benefits - Opportunities for further training and development

Requisitos

We are looking for you: - You have completed an apprenticeship or degree in retail, e-commerce or marketing - You have at least 3 years of professional experience in e-commerce, ideally in the fashion industry - You are familiar with all relevant e-commerce KPIs and can derive and implement strategic measures from them - You have a very good command of MS Office, especially Excel - You have a good command of English (written and spoken) - You are creative, analytical and goal-oriented - You are a team player and have strong communication skills
