Your Mission As an Intern in our Center of Excellence for Talent & Organisational Development, you will play a key role in supporting the full talent lifecycle at SMG, from attracting and hiring great talent to developing and engaging our people. This role offers you a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across both Talent Acquisition (?50%) and People & Organizational Development (?50%), while contributing to meaningful projects that shape our culture and employee experience. Requisitos

Strong interest in Talent Acquisition, People Development, and company culture Currently studying or recently graduated in a relevant field (e.g. Business, HR, Psychology, Communications) or similar background Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders Strong communication skills and a proactive, hands-on mindset Fluent in English (German is a plus) We value the skills you bring and your ability to learn quickly, so don’t worry if your career path has been unique.
