How you can make a difference : The Group Team Leader GL Accounting is responsible for owning the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of the general ledger and group consolidation processes for multiple Swiss and international entities. This role combines operational leadership with technical accounting expertise, including oversight of financial closings, group reporting, and statutory compliance. The position leads a team of accountants and plays a key role in driving continuous improvement in closing processes, systems, and controls, ensuring high-quality financial information aligned with both statutory and corpor

Requisitos

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 7+ years of progressive experience in general ledger accounting, including experience with group consolidation, preferably in a multinational environment. Proven leadership experience (minimum 3-4 years) managing and developing accounting teams. Strong knowledge of local and international GAAP (e.g., US GAAP, Swiss GAAP FER). Solid understanding of consolidation principles, intercompany eliminations, and group reporting processes. Experience with ERP and consolidation systems (e.g., Microsoft D365, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Tagetik or similar). Advanced proficiency in Excel and strong analytical capabilities.
