The Director EH&S for IM Schaffhausen MAKE site, part of the IM Biotherapeutic and Synthetics platforms, is responsible for overseeing and managing the EHS activities across the site, both internal and external network, with a focus on ensuring compliance with EH&S regulations/standards and the safety of all employees, visitors, and contractors. This individual will lead a local team of EH&S professionals, with an emphasis on building efficiencies through the alignment of processes, procedures, and programs to support a dynamic Biotherapeutics business. Requisitos

University/bachelor’s degree. Technical experience in diverse EHS&S areas including but to air, water, hazardous/ medical waste, machine safety, ergonomics, industrial hygiene and chemical handling. Project management skills. Technical/working knowledge of relevant EHS&S legislative requirements. 10-15 years of experience in leadership & Mgmt. systems. RSPP CERTIFIED. Strong communicator who is credible and self-assured; strong technical skills with the ability to explain complex issues and requirements in an easily understood manner; ability to negotiate with and influence key business leaders.
